No. Triton is built for first-time and amateur triathletes. During setup, the app asks about your experience level, current fitness, and training background — and scales the plan accordingly. Beginners get a more conservative, technique-focused build. Experienced athletes get more structured intensity.
Log the injury in the app and your plan adjusts automatically. Volume is reduced in the affected discipline, sessions are modified to protect the injury, and low-impact alternatives are suggested where appropriate. Pain logs after sessions help the plan track your recovery progress over time.
